01Data controller
Superlogics AS (org. no. 995 554 909), Østre Aker vei 17, 0581 Oslo, is the data controller for personal data collected via ikasse.no. Privacy questions can be directed to post@superlogics.no.
02What we collect
When you fill in the contact or demo form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, industry and organisation number. If you consent to analytics we additionally collect anonymised usage statistics (page views, browser type and approximate region). We never collect more than necessary.
03Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to answer enquiries, set up demos, follow up interest in iKasse and improve the website. Processing is based on your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in following up requests and operating the service (art. 6(1)(f)).
04How long we keep your data
Enquiries are stored while the dialogue is ongoing and deleted no later than 12 months after last contact if no customer relationship is established. Accounting-related customer data is retained for 10 years under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act.
05Who we share data with
We never sell personal data. Data is only shared with processors required to operate the service (cloud hosting, email and analytics), governed by data processing agreements under GDPR art. 28.
06Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Personal data is stored and processed within the EU/EEA. If a sub-processor handles data outside the EEA, the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or equivalent guarantees.
07Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
08Security
We use 256-bit SSL encryption on all communication, an isolated database per customer, strict access control and daily backups. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel with a business need.
09Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will announce them on this page with a new “last updated” date. We recommend reviewing the policy regularly.
