01About the service
iKasse is a cloud-based point of sale delivered by Superlogics AS (org. no. 995 554 909). These terms apply to the use of ikasse.no and demo sign-ups.
02Demo period
The 30-day demo is free and non-binding. No payment card is required to start a demo, and the demo ends automatically at no cost unless you choose to continue.
03Subscription and cancellation
Subscriptions run month to month with no lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Pricing will be announced at launch.
04Liability and availability
We aim for high uptime and announce planned maintenance in advance. Superlogics AS is not liable for indirect losses caused by outages beyond our control.
05Your data
Your business data belongs to you. On cancellation you can export your data, and accounting data is retained in line with the Bookkeeping Act’s 10-year requirement.
06Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are sought resolved amicably, with Oslo District Court as the legal venue.
